Installing the LCS Cheat Device
Want to use Mods for LCS? Not a problem. Just make sure you can meet the following requirements:
- PSP Version 1.50 - 2.60 (or a Custom Firmware)
- Unpatched LCS Game (or patched US game)
Good. Now Let me just say if you have a DAX Custom Firmware that you download the .prx file and install it the same way as you would any other plugin (Enable in Recovery Menu) And if you have version 1.50, you must have devhook to run it. (download below and follow instructions in the Readme.txt)
Installation for 2.0 -> 2.60:
Step 1. Download The Gamesave from here: (UK)
Or Download from here: (US)
Step 2. If you have a save in Slot 1 For the Game, save it to slot 2 so it is not overwritten.
Step 3. Unzip the downloaded file and run the "installation.exe" file. Follow the Instructions it provides.
Step 4. Exit USB Mode and start up LCS. It should bring you straight to the CheatDevice Menu.

Adding Extra Mods
Now This part is simple. All mods are added the same way, so Let's Use this simple one as an example:
#cheat Lamborghini Doors
setfloat(pcar + 0x3d8, 1);
setfloat(pcar + 0x400, 0, -1.26, 1);
setfloat(pcar + 0x438, 1);
setfloat(pcar + 0x460, 0, -1.26, 1);
Now, all you have to do is copy and paste that into a text file in X:/CHEATS/ (you can call the file whatever you want!)
and lets suppose its a mod for VCS...
#cheat No Vehicle Damage
setchar(pcar+0x80, 0x00, 0x00, 0x00, 0x00, 0x00, 0x00, 0x00, 0x00, 0x00, 0x00, 0x00);
setchar(pcar+0x90, 0x00, 0x00, 0x00, 0x00, 0x00, 0x00, 0x00, 0x00, 0x00, 0x00, 0x00);
setchar(pcar+0xA0, 0x00, 0x00, 0x00, 0x00, 0x00, 0x00, 0x00, 0x00, 0x00, 0x00, 0x00);
setchar(pcar+0xB0, 0x00, 0x00, 0x00, 0x00, 0x00, 0x00, 0x00, 0x00, 0x00, 0x00, 0x00);
All you have to do is copy and paste that code into X:/CHEATS/vcs/ (your text document)

Rockstar Custom Tracks
This allows you to use your own Music in place of the radio stations in GTA:LCS. Download Here:
step 1. download and unzip the file to desktop.
step 2. insert the audio cd with the songs you want on GTA and connect your psp to your pc.
step 3. start up rockstar custom tracks program
step 4.pick the songs you want and click the psp icon
step.5 turn on gta to make sure it worked by pausing the game and turning on custom tracks in the audio menu
step 6. ENJOY!!!!
Extra tip: when running the Rockstar Custom Tracks program, dont bother naming the songs there. later on, just go to psp/savedata/ULES1005CUSTOMTRACKS and rename each file to (whateveryouwant).gta for example. as long as it ends in .gta, the name before that will show up during gameplay.
